New Forest Koi Update

It has been a busy, difficult but strange few days here on the farm, as the live stock need looking after we have arranged working hours so we can avoid each other while caring for the koi and doing all the jobs that need doing.

This has been made easier with the shop being closed and mail order of live fish suspended but ultimately means no income for the business which can only be kept up for so long.

On a positive note the first 3 spawnings have been done and eggs eyeing up in the hatchery as we speak, footage of some of the koi we bred Monday night to follow, also we have been moving more 2 year old koi out to the mud ponds again some footage to follow.

These 2 Kumonryu were a couple of the best selected to go out to grow for another season quality was fantastic!
