KOI SHOP

Our aim is to breed, grow and supply the UK with high quality Koi Carp, and specialise in Mail Order, delivering Koi to your door anywhere in the UK! Whether your need is 2 week old fry, or large individual high grade fish, we aim to be able to supply it, whether you are an individual customer looking for that one special fish or a dealer looking for large volume supplies.

New Forest Koi is unique in the fact that we have a full time retail shop open to the public 7 days a week from 1st March to 1st November.

As all of our koi are bred on the farm, the availability of our koi tends to be seasonal. If you are interested in small high quality koi, the best time of year to contact us is around September-October and March-April. For our 6" + koi in all grades, we harvest the growing koi from our farm every year throughout September and October and bring most of the koi into the shop. This means that we generally have the best selection of koi available from September - April. During the summer months of May - August our stock levels tend to be at the lowest so if you are planning a visit to the shop during this time for anything specific it is worth giving us a call on 01590 682010 to check availability first.

mail order koi

We pride ourselves on the ability to deliver your chosen Koi to your door. We regret we can only deliver to Mainland UK and unfortunately we are unable to deliver live fish to some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. We have a large network of customers covering the whole of England, Scotland and Wales. Please contact us with a postcode to find out if we can reach you. We regret we are unable to ship fish to Ireland/NI at this time.

We charge £30 delivery for the first 2 boxes, and £5 per box thereafter if required. Numbers of fish per box is at our discretion, you will be told of all delivery charges when you place your order.

quarantine

All the koi we sell are bred here on the farm, which has been bio secure for 15years plus, so in effect have been quarantined since the day we hatched them.
We are checked twice a year and have been for the last 15 years by defra (government body) for any serious notifiable diseases which has come clear every time and all koi once moved into the sales shop are checked regularly for any parasites.
This process means the koi we sell are some of the most healthy and robust koi available in the UK but as with any live stock caution should be used when introducing koi from one source to koi from another source and the use of your own quarantine tank/pond is advisable if you have the set up.
