*As of 01/03/2021 our couriers will no longer be able to leave deliveries in a safe place and they must be signed for. If you are not going to be in on your given delivery date please let us know and we can will rearrange the delivery. If the couriers attempt to deliver and no one is in to receive them the order will be returned to New Forest Koi and you will have to pay the delivery charge again to receive the order. 

Your fish will be sent by our trusted overnight Courier, who have provided us with an outstanding service for more than 10 years.  A specific day will be arranged with you, so you can arrange for someone to be present at the time of delivery.  Alternatively delivery to a work address can be arranged.

The fish will be double bagged, with pure oxygen, and boxed.  We deliberately set low figures as to the maximum numbers of fish in a bag to ensure the minimum possible stress on the fish.  All orders packed with enough oxygen to travel for a minimum of 48 hours. Your fish will travel overnight, and be with you usually within 24 hours of packing.

If you wish to order multiple koi or include any of the food that we stock in addition to Koi, you will only have to pay one delivery charge dependent on the total combined weight of the orders. See our Food page for more information on our koi food.

Please note we can arrange fish to be with you on the following days:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Delivery time should be before 12 noon however this is not guaranteed.

Delivery charges start at £25 for up to 15kg.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver live fish to some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
