HOW TO ORDER

Once you have decided what you would like, contact us by email or telephone to discuss your requirements. We can then talk about the species and varieties, and what sizes we have them available in, and how much your order will cost.

WAYS TO PAY

* Payment by cheque or postal order payable to Forest Aquatics.
If you post a cheque to us, with a written order, make sure you write down your full postal address and telephone number. We will contact you usually within 7 days to arrange a delivery date with you (usually 7-10 days after receipt of cheque).

* Payment by Card.
We accept most forms of credit/debit card, and can take your payment over the phone at the time of ordering. Subject to availability, we can normally supply fish within 3-4 days, on a date arranged with you at the time of the order.

All further boxes £5 each

Your fish are delivered by overnight courier services, to arrive on a day pre-arranged with you. There must be someone present to receive the fish.
Delivery to a neighbour or work address is always possible if neccessary.
Fish are double bagged in the required amount of water and the bags are gassed up with oxygen. This will ensure fish are safe for at least 36 hours.
These bags are securely boxed and picked up by the courier the afternoon before your delivery date. There is no set time as to when your fish will arrive, however most deliveries arrive before 1pm. These times will depend upon traffic, where you are on the drivers route, and how far from the distribution centre you are.

In hot weather conditions, or any other reason beyond our control, at our discretion, we may choose not to send any fish out, and will notify you as soon as possible. In this event, we apologise for any inconveinience caused, but our main concern is the welfare of our fish. At times if necessary we will increase the numbers of boxes we send on your order, to reduce the amount of fish per box, thereby relieving stress in adverse conditions.
